Shiny Tyme Cooktop FIX

Sul Sul! This stove had all the dirt states and textures, however it had incorrect strings and subset names in the files so they were not linked properly. With the help from HugeLunatic I was able to fix this issue, they have also got a fix for the Country Stove, you can grab that here!
